How do I order a custom/something, not on the website?

Custom orders range from $40-$60. To order a custom either message us on instagram (@kikiscustomz) or use the contact form on our website. Let us know what design you want so we can give you a price quote! There are also many design ideas on our Instagram highlights for inspiration!

How much does shipping cost?

All United States shipping is free! International shipping is $20 per an order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is a flat rate of $20. Please allow extra time for international orders to be delivered as international shipping takes longer. 

Can I get refunded or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order. After that, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted. Because all items are made to order, once an order has been placed the materials to make your order are purchased so we can not offer cancellations after the 24-hour mark!
