Shipping & Returns
All orders ship in under 2 weeks, but the majority of orders ship within a week. Once your order ships, it is in the shipping provider’s hands. KikisCustomz is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or UPS regarding these issues.
All products are made to order. KikisCustomz does not accept returns or refunds. If a change needs to be made to your order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise no changes can be made. If something is wrong with your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the issue or use the contact page on our website.
